Our Pilates classes in Tauranga are a great way to unwind, work on your flexibility and strength, and get a great workout!

Taking one of our Pilates classes can enhance the quality of life of those who practice it by improving posture, increasing muscle strength and tone, improving coordination and balance, relaxing stress and tone, and improving awareness.

These classes are extremely beneficial for dancers and anyone that is looking to increase the ability of their body in mastering movement.

 

TIMETABLE

All mat Pilates classes are 45 minutes and held at Te Puna Memorial Hall Tauranga. Pilates Mat Classes are capped at 8 students to ensure our teachers can provide you with the upmost attention to detail and individual corrections.

PRIVATES

Not ready to jump into a class? Want to really get down to the basics? Do you have an injury that needs modifications? Private sessions can be booked at the Te Puna hall or with equipment based Pilates in Matua.

COSTS

Victory Performance Centre understands that it is difficult to commit as life is busy enough. However, we encourage ongoing enrolment for consistency in learning and personal relationships, both with fellow students and teachers.

You can either drop in casually or purchase a 10 Class Pass. This pass is valid for VPC Adults Dance Classes also. New students are invited to get started with a trial class with no commitment to continue.
