You’ll find our adult dance classes in Tauranga, welcoming and encouraging as we aim to get moving, build fitness and have a lot of fun!
These classes are open to complete beginners and advancements are given to experienced movers so that everyone gets something out of the class.
All adult dance classes are 45 minutes. They are held at Te Puna Memorial Hall Tauranga (001) and the Black Sheep Studio on 21 Plummers Point Road Whakamarama (002)

Not ready to jump into a class? If you’re keen to learn dance but want extra support, a private lesson is a great starting point.
Students can learn one-on-one with an experienced dance teacher and build on their technique.
Or, why not get a friend or two to join you? Private lessons are available for up to 3 people in a group.

Victory Performance Centre understands that it is difficult to commit as life is busy enough. However, we encourage ongoing enrolment for consistency in learning and personal relationships, both with fellow students and teachers.
You can either drop in casually or purchase a 10 Class Pass. This pass is valid for VPC Adults Dance Classes and VPC Pilates Classes in Tauranga. Want to do more than one class a week? Check out the discounts below! New students are invited to get started with a trial class with no commitment to continue.

Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your class.
If you have dancewear, of course bring this along (we have bathrooms in the waiting area). If you are more comfortable wearing fitness clothes, that is no problem! If you don’t own dance shoes, sneakers, socks or bare feet are fine.
That is totally up to you! We have annual performance opportunities at the mid-year and end of year shows. There will be a discussion within the class to see if there are enough students that want to get involved.
Unfortunately monthly fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn. We offer make-up classes so please get in touch with your teacher for class openings.
Once you click on the Enquire Now button, you will be redirected to an application form where you can register your interest about our Dance programs. Once submitted, we will be in touch to finalise your trial class and ongoing schedule, which can be paid via paypal or direct bank transfer.
We request 24hour notice of cancellation or a late cancel fee of $10 will be charged.
If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, you will need to give written notice of cancellation prior to the distribution of the monthly invoice. We will prorate the month tuition for any missed classes.
Your initial trial class is a one-off payment of $18. You can continue to purchase drop in Adult Classes or purchase a 10 class pass. You have the option to attend variable classes each week, however please notify your teacher so we can secure your place.
We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. Simply email admin@victoryperforamancecentre.com with notice of cancellation, including the date of final class. No further payments will be taken.
Please allow 14 days for your cancellation to be processed. Please ensure this is done prior to the distribution of the monthly invoice.
